Celebrating Our MMCC Achievers
Five Exxaro employees celebrate earning their Mine Manager’s Certificates of Competency (MMCC).
At Exxaro, we celebrate the continued growth and development of our people. Congratulations to Naniwe Kodisang, Jason Mabaso, Pfano Mulaudzi, Mohau Masitha and Onis Machika, who recently obtained their Mine Manager’s Certificates of Competency.
The MMCC is a statutory certificate of competency in the South African mining industry. It demonstrates that an individual has met the required standards of technical knowledge, practical experience and competency associated with carrying statutory mine management responsibilities. Obtaining an MMCC is an important professional achievement and does not in itself constitute appointment as a Mine Manager.
Achieving this certification requires significant preparation, practical experience and commitment, making it a milestone worth celebrating.
