Our leadership team came together for the Culture and Ethics Leadership Lekgotla, a candid and deeply reflective engagement focused on strengthening organisational culture and ethical leadership across the business.

The discussions were marked by honesty, courage and open dialogue, with leaders tackling difficult but necessary conversations around accountability, behaviour and the role of the leadership in shaping the employee experience. A central theme throughout the Lekgotla was the commitment to building One Exxaro.
