ESG Hub brings sustainability to life

A new collaborative space showcases how ESG lives across the business every day.

In March, we officially launched our Environment Social and Governance (ESG) Hub at the conneXXion which is a dedicated space designed to bring to life how the business operates responsibly, sustainably and with discipline across every part of the organisation.

The new space invites employees to explore how sustainability, governance and social impact are embedded in the way we work. Through stories, initiatives and shared learning, the Hub aims to make ESG more visible, relatable and collaborative across the business.

Dr. Lerato Khumalo, Manager: Climate Change and ESG, described the Hub as a place where employees can share ideas, showcase initiatives and help demonstrate how our ESG strategy comes to life in practice.

The Hub also reflects Exxaro’s broader commitment to building a culture where sustainability is not viewed as a separate function, but as part of everyday decision-making and operational excellence.
