It\u2019s one where everyone feels safe to speak up, ask questions, raise concerns and do their best work.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, we\u2019ve seen an increase in reports of shouting, intimidation, bullying, harassment, victimisation and other behaviours that undermine our culture. Too many incidents were only reported after continuing for some time, often through the anonymous Fraud and Ethics Hotline.<\/p>\n<p>Exxaro is taking decisive action.
