This year, Exxaro achieved an overall score of 89.49%, improving from 83.39% in 2025, while\u00a0achieving full scores across critical areas including Business Strategy, People Strategy, Work Environment, Employer Branding, Purpose and Values, and Ethics and Integrity.<\/p>\n<p>Established more than 30 years ago, the Top Employers Institute oversees a global certification programme evaluating organisations on their people practices, workplace\u00a0culture\u00a0and employee support.
