A year of progress on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) journey.<\/p>\n

As we near the end of 2025, we take a moment to reflect on what an incredible journey it has been. Over the past year, the ERP Programme team, together with stakeholders across the business, built strong momentum for the road ahead.<\/p>\n

We have identified SAP S\/4HANA as the preferred ERP system and are currently in the process of selecting an implementation partner to support the rollout. In addition to this, we hosted ERP Caf\u00e9 Sessions to gather end-user\u00a0insights and feedback to inform the change management journey.<\/p>\n

The success of the ERP Caf\u00e9s is evident in the strong participation and valuable feedback gathered across the business. Over a four-month period, across five business units, we hosted 49 sessions with 850 attendees, collected 656 doodle pages, and secured 113 ERP Pit Crew sign-ups.<\/p>\n

We sincerely thank the ERP Pit Crew for volunteering, embracing the journey, and becoming part of the Change Champion Network. Your willingness to support your colleagues through this transformation is truly valued.<\/p>\n
