Putting our values into practice

In September, we hosted our first-ever Supplier Ethics Day themed Ethical partnerships for lasting impact. The event brought together our suppliers and partners to reaffirm the principles that guide how we work and build trust across all our business relationships.

Beyond this event, ethics remain at the heart of who we are. Our value of Honest Responsibility guides how we think, act, and make decisions every day. It calls on each of us to do what is right, even when no one is watching. Living this value means:

Respecting one another

Being transparent in our actions

Taking accountability for our choices

As Exxaro employees, we are expected to live these values in every interaction. This includes declaring conflicts of interest, protecting company information, and speaking up when something does not feel right. By acting with integrity, we strengthen Exxaro’s reputation and create an environment where everyone can work with pride and accountability.

If you ever need to raise an ethics concern, you can report it confidentially through the
Exxaro Fraud and Ethics Hotline at 0800 203 579
or via exxaro@tip-offs.com.

Let us continue to live our values and uphold the standards that make Exxaro a trusted, responsible, and ethical organisation.
