Strengthening leadership through on-the-ground engagement<\/h4>\n

Our CEO, Ben Magara, recently conducted a series of technical visits across Exxaro\u2019s operations as part of his commitment to strengthening leadership connection and aligning teams around operational priorities.<\/p>\n

During these visits, Ben engaged with the leadership teams – to reinforce the importance of cohesive teamwork, operational excellence, and the role of leadership in building a safe and sustainable mining environment. These sessions provided a platform for open discussions on operational challenges, opportunities for innovation, and strategic alignment.<\/p>\n

His approachable and hands-on leadership style was well received, with teams appreciating his personal engagement and strategic insights. These visits further reinforced Exxaro\u2019s commitment to inclusive leadership, operational excellence, and building a resilient, purpose-driven organisation.<\/p>\n

As Ben wrapped up his site visits, his message remained clear: safety, strong relationships, and integrity are the foundation on which we power better lives in Africa and beyond.<\/p>\n
