To commemorate World Cancer Day, Exxaro partnered with the Reach For A Dream Foundation to bring hope and joy to young cancer patients at the Zakithi Nkosi Clinical Haematology Centre of Excellence at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital. It was a day dedicated to honouring the strength and resilience of children diagnosed with cancer – young warriors who bravely face life-threatening illnesses with incredible courage.<\/p>\n

Through uplifting activities such as a special puppet show, creative arts and crafts sessions, and thoughtful goodie bags, we aimed to bring smiles and moments of joy to these brave children. It was also a time of reflection, remembering those we have lost in the fight against cancer and reinforcing our commitment to supporting those affected by this disease.<\/p>\n

Observing days like World Cancer Day highlights critical health issues and help drive meaningful change.<\/p>\n

Together, we can inspire dreams, provide hope, and work towards a future where no one faces cancer alone.<\/p>\n
