On 1 April 2025, Exxaro officially welcomed our new CEO, Ben Magara, in a powerful inauguration event held at the conneXXion \u2014 with all our Business Units streaming in to celebrate, connect, and say hello. It was an energetic moment of unity, filled with song, dance, and heartfelt excitement across the group.<\/p>\n

Immediately following the inauguration, Ben hit the ground running – embarking on a CEO Roadshow<\/strong> from 2 \u2013 4 April<\/strong> to meet the people who make Exxaro what it is. His first week in office took him to our operations:<\/p>\n
