Exxaro has been officially recognised as a Top Employer in South Africa for 2025<\/strong> by the global Top Employers Institute<\/strong>. This marks the fourth time<\/strong> we have received this prestigious certification, reinforcing our commitment to creating a workplace where employees can thrive. Notebly, we have made steady progress<\/strong> each year since first participating in the survey.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The Top Employers Institute<\/strong>, established over 30 years ago, has certified more than 2,400 organisations across 126 countries and regions<\/strong>. The certification process is based on the People Best Practices Survey & Audit<\/strong>, which evaluates six key domains and 20 attributes, including business and people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), rewards and recognition, and employee well-being<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
