Strengthening integrity during International Fraud Awareness Week 2025
During International Fraud Awareness Week 2025 held annually in November, Exxaro joined global and local industry leaders in highlighting the role ethics play in sustaining a trustworthy and future-fit mining sector. Through leadership messages and active employee engagement, we helped reinforce the importance of vigilance, transparency and speaking up – values that safeguard not only organisations, but the communities and economies they serve. In his message, our CEO emphasised that fraud is not only about financial loss but about safeguarding the trust, reputation, and values that define who we are. He called on every employee to live our values, speak up, and stand against unethical behaviour.
