Heritage Month is a time for South Africa to honour the diverse traditions, cultures, and stories that shape our shared identity as a nation. At Exxaro, Heritage Month was an opportunity to reflect on how our heritage connects directly to our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Every voice matters, every story adds value, and together we create a workplace rooted in respect, fairness, and belonging.

We celebrated Heritage Month across our Business Units in ways that were both unique and meaningful. Through colourful dress, traditional foods, music, dance, and storytelling, each site highlighted the richness of our cultures and the spirit of unity that defines us.
