In November, Exxaro joined the global community in observing International Fraud Awareness Week 2025, a time to shine the light on fraud, reinforce our ethical standards, and strengthen our culture of integrity.

The week reminded us that protecting Exxaro’s integrity begins with each of us. In his message, our CEO emphasised that fraud is not only about financial loss but about safeguarding the trust, reputation, and values that define who we are. He called on every employee to live our values, speak up, and stand against unethical behaviour.

Throughout the week, employees were encouraged to play their part by learning more about ethical conduct, practical ways to report misconduct, and how to build a workplace grounded in transparency and accountability.
