Culture belongs to all of us at Exxaro. As part of our reset journey, we launched the FUNN@WORK initiative – a monthly boost designed to foster connections, build resilience, and make our culture something we actively live and enjoy every day.

Why FUNN@WORK?

FUNN = Functional Understanding Not Necessary. It is not about titles or roles; it is about breaking down silos, connecting as people, living our culture together daily, and most importantly, having fun at work.

On Monday, 1 September, the conneXXion proudly launched its very first FUNN@WORK under the theme “Spring into FUNN”.

The day was full of fresh energy, fun games, and friendly competition, sparking collaboration, cross-functional interaction, and plenty of laughter. It was a great start to building a culture that empowers us to work better, safer, and stronger together.

Every time we come together for FUNN, we grow stronger as a team to do the best work of our lives.
