In the month of August, the One Voice Safety Strategy was launched at several of our operations, including Matla Mine, Leeuwpan Mine, the conneXXion, and our Mines in Closure in KZN. Each Safety Indaba carried the same goal: to reflect on our safety journey, unpack the refreshed strategy, and bring the WINAS pillars to life.

The gatherings united employees, leadership, unions, and stakeholders around one goal: Zero Harm. Through speeches, industrial theatre, reflections, and messages of support, the launches reinforced that safety is not compliance alone; it is care, accountability, and vigilance. Together, we are One Exxaro, and our shared commitment is to ensure that every colleague returns home safely, every day.
