As we reflect on the closure of another memorable Women’s Month, we celebrate the women of Exxaro whose voices, stories and journeys continue to shape our organisation and inspire possibility.

Celebrating women’s voices

This year, we created space for women to share their voices and celebrate one another in personal and meaningful ways.
Through our ‘Pass the Mic Challenge’, women across Exxaro shared heartfelt messages honouring each other’s impact and support, and then passed the mic forward.

We also invited women to share their journeys in their own words through voice notes. These reflections captured their achievements, challenges and aspirations, reminding us of the power of visibility, storytelling and community.
