Our CEO, Ben Magara, recently conducted a series of technical visits across Exxaro’s operations as part of his commitment to strengthening leadership connection and aligning teams around operational priorities.

During these visits, Ben engaged with the leadership teams – to reinforce the importance of cohesive teamwork, operational excellence, and the role of leadership in building a safe and sustainable mining environment.
