Our 2024 Integrated Report once again received national recognition, placing eighth at the 2025 EY Excellence in Integrated Reporting Awards held in September.

The awards celebrate the JSE’s top 100 listed companies and benchmark the quality of integrated reporting in South Africa. Exxaro’s report was commended for its innovative roadmap that demonstrates the enduring value we create for stakeholders, as well as its clear focus on the Group’s risks and opportunities.

This achievement reflects the commitment of our teams in bringing our Sustainable Growth and Impact (SG&I) strategy to life through collaboration, continuous improvement, and imaginative storytelling.

Our Integrated Report, published annually in April, is an important tool for engaging stakeholders. It connects our strategy, governance, and performance to the hard work happening across the business every day.
